Selecting Quality Wines for All has always been SIWC’s core mission. For this reason, every edition of the competition assembles a judging panel of global industry leaders, including Masters of Wine (MW), Master Sommeliers (MS), independent critics, renowned winemakers, and influential wine educators. As a "veteran" wine evaluation platform, SIWC also shoulders the responsibility of fostering industry growth. To support the healthy development of the wine sector and nurture new talent, SIWC maintains its "Trainee Judge" program. This initiative offers wine professionals and seasoned enthusiasts worldwide a rare opportunity to learn from and interact with international experts, experience the workflow of a top-tier competition firsthand, and elevate their wine appraisal skills.
